About the Role

We are looking for a Concept Designer to join our design studios, focusing on turning bold ideas into standout Permanent Point of Sale (POS) displays that make people stop, look, and feel. This role involves reimagining how brands show up in the world and shaping high-impact, brand-led display experiences from concept to final specification.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize striking retail displays that blend beauty with practicality.
• Respond to creative briefs with clever, commercially aware ideas.
• Design fixtures and components with material, cost, and sustainability in mind.
• Craft mood boards, sketches, 3D visuals, and presentation decks.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Structural Engineers, and Production.
• Pitch and present directly to clients, communicating ideas and welcoming feedback.
• Embed sustainability into design thinking, focusing on material use, carbon footprints, and modularity.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, adapting to pace and feedback.
• Bring ideas and push the boundaries of retail space possibilities.

Requirements

• Experience in Product, Industrial, Furniture, or 3D Design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing the design process from sketch to shelf.
• Hands-on experience designing Permanent POS retail displays.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Cinema 4D & Rhino preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A flair for visual storytelling and graphic layout.
• Strong sketching skills are a major plus.
• Deep knowledge of materials (wood, metal, acrylics, etc.) and manufacturing processes.
• Passion for sustainable design and experience designing with environmental impact in mind.
• A sharp eye for detail and on-brand execution.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to sell and support ideas.
• Agency mindset: fast-thinking, solutions-led, and creatively curious.
• Knowledge of design-led presentations, real-world solutions, and compelling stories.
• Confidence using project management tools and managing multiple deadlines.
