About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for growing new customer business by identifying and nurturing outbound leads, developing them from cold to curious. This role focuses on the DACH region, requiring excellent German language skills, and offers exposure to diverse cultures and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage prospects via email, social platforms, and phone.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos with Senior Sales Managers.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing departments.
- Achieve and exceed performance KPIs and revenue targets.
- Onboard and train new team members.
- Identify potential accounts for expansion or new product lines.
- Develop skills in the online and affiliate marketplace.
- Build a solid foundation for career growth within the company.
