About the Role
We are seeking a Tax Advisor / Company Tax Advisor (m/f/d) to take on technical responsibility, lead a team, and actively develop our tax department within the corporate group.
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of a team (business graduates and tax specialists)
- Organization and supervision of the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for partnerships and corporations
- Consulting on all aspects of corporate tax law
- Review and quality assurance of work results
- Independent tax support and consulting for "own mandates" within the corporate group
- Support for accounting in annual and interim financial statements
- Tax support for restructurings and M&A projects
- Handling tax audits and communication with tax authorities
- Processing special topics such as tax optimizations and business valuations
- Further development and digitalization of tax processes
- Prospectively: Taking on further organizational and strategic responsibility
Requirements
- Successfully passed tax advisor examination (mandatory)
- Several years of professional experience in a tax firm or comparable structure
- Experience in the technical leadership of employees is an advantage
- Sound knowledge in the support of partnerships and corporations
- Very good knowledge of tax law, commercial law, and accounting
- Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in design issues
