About the Role

The Business Change Manager will deliver assigned projects, ensuring stakeholders understand the impact of change initiatives, supporting those affected, and monitoring successful embedding of changes. This role supports both the First Mile Programme (supply chain digitisation) and Technology focused change projects (AI and IT initiatives).

Responsibilities

• Conduct an "as-is" assessment of current processes, ways of working, governance, and technology, identifying the "to-be" future state and gap analysis.
• Identify necessary changes in processes, procedures, and practices to achieve the change and deliver planned benefits.
• Identify and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
• Manage stakeholders, including identifying and mitigating anticipated resistance to change via a robust change plan.
• Develop and deliver actions for change management levers: project change management strategies globally and per country, communications plan, sponsor/stakeholder roadmap, training plan, materials, and anchoring plan.
• Define, measure, and report success metrics and monitor change processes.
• Create and manage project communications for the product/project owner, ensuring consistent and clear messages that maximize engagement and ownership.
• Design and deliver user and super-user training, including coaching and support to colleagues to foster best change practice.
• Manage the feedback loop of user experience in testing, training, deployment, and anchoring.
• Support organizational "communities" for project-specific areas, such as facilitating Change Champions networks and participating in AI communities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of change management experience delivering technology change.
• Proven understanding of processes involved in introducing technology-related changes to the business.
• Experience of working within a similar multi-entity/global environment with developing countries.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.
