About the Role

Ultimate Performance (UP) is a global leading Personal Training Gym providing highly technical, personalized coaching. You will join a world-class team and receive structured onboarding and development to ensure you have the tools to drive results. Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1-2-1 laser precision and highly technical training initiatives.
  • Design bespoke training and nutrition plans based on client goals, lifestyle, and training history.
  • Provide personalized coaching built entirely around clients.
  • Focus on delivering real results for clients.
  • Build a meaningful career in personal training.
  • Work closely with female clients who have requested same-sex trainers.

  • OTE: £40,500 - £43,300
