  • Partner with Technology, SAP S/4HANA, Integration, and FinTech teams to evaluate proposed solutions.
  • Challenge, refine, or endorse recommendations based on business requirements, user experience, controls, scalability, and operational practicality.
  • Assess trade-offs across process design, technology capability, cost, risk, and business value.
  • Ensure technology solutions align with agreed business outcomes.
  • Support test planning, test execution, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements and business objectives.
  • Support business readiness and transition to operational ownership.
  • Support strategic transformation initiatives including ERP migrations, platform consolidations, business process redesign, and technology-enabled operating model changes.
  • Work with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, assess impacts, and support solution selection.
  • Support the migration of legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA or other future platforms.
  • Contribute to future GFS transformation programs as priorities evolve.
  • Use data, process metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain key project documentation including process maps, requirements, workflows, and operating model artifacts.
  • Support program governance, prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the identification and delivery of future commercial finance transformation initiatives.
