About the Role

Parallel Employment is seeking a motivated Production Worker to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves unpackaging disks, palletizing, and ensuring accurate and efficient packaging while maintaining high quality standards. You will collaborate with team members to meet production goals and uphold a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging machinery according to production specifications
• Unpackage disks from boxes and set up for the next process
• Palletizing
• Monitor the packaging process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Good problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude
