About the Role
Axiom is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist experienced in designing and implementing strategic solutions and improvements for client legal departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage client legal operations processes and perform new process mapping.
- Build new processes and design roadmaps for implementation.
- Assist clients in vetting potential CLM tools such as Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPod, and Luminance.
- Implement AI tools and increase their usage within the legal team, including leveraging new AI features of existing tools.
- Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes.
- Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates.
- Assist with project coordination and process management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a legal operations professional optimizing in-house legal workflow with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management.
- Familiarity with legal department KPIs.
- Experience managing budget and spend management, including e-billing.
- CLM implementation experience.
- AI experience.
- Comfortable with software implementation, including implementing new systems and incorporating existing workstreams.
- Robust experience with legal operations technology and related software.
- Experience with CLM tool Ironclad is preferred.
- Must provide proof of identity.
- Must possess the necessary legal authorization to work.
