Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects holistically – from planning through implementation to acceptance
• Communication and coordination with clients, partners, and suppliers
• Create, maintain, and monitor schedules and project plans
• Coordinate trades, service providers, and subcontractors
• Ensure quality, deadline, and occupational safety standards
• Develop, optimize, and standardize processes
• Transparent documentation and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or degree
• Several years of experience in project management or project coordination
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and organizational talent
• Confident demeanor towards clients and partners
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office, ideally also project management software
• Driver's license class B
