About the Role
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the daily management of the Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service are provided to guests. This role plans, organizes, and directs the overall operation, administration, marketing, and promotion of the outlet, and is accountable for its profitability and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain control measures for Food and Beverage costs, productivity, labor costs, and operating supply costs in line with budget.
- Plan budgets and review forecasts for revenue and expenditure on a monthly basis.
- Carry out Duty Management shifts according to business needs.
- Analyze and submit month-end reports, identifying deviations from business plan goals.
- Participate in management meetings to review progress towards business plan goals and develop the annual business plan for the outlet.
- Plan, implement, and measure profit enhancement programs by collaborating with the kitchen and sales departments.
- Prepare and submit post-mortem promotion reports to the General Manager upon completion of promotions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for Restaurant, Bar, and Room service.
- Ensure constant liaison with the Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager, and Operations Manager.
