About the Role

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching, climbing ladders when needed, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds. If you enjoy staying active, working on your feet, and being rewarded for strong performance, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
Travel to retail locations
Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times

Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using handheld technology
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
