About the Role
Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver. This role keeps you active and rewards hard work by helping top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through a performance-based pay program.
- Travel to retail locations.
- Lead by example and demonstrate core values.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver.
- At least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using handheld technology.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
