About the Role
Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Associate - Driver to accurately count inventory for top retailers. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive training is provided. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and are rewarded for hard work.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through a performance-based pay program.
- Travel to retail locations.
- Lead by example and demonstrate core values including Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using handheld technology.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
