About the Role
Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being rewarded for strong performance.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
- Travel to retail locations.
- Demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using handheld technology.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
