About the Role

As our Fitting Operations Assistant, you will be the backbone of our active fitting lab, keeping our operations seamless, our models comfortable, and our innovation engine running. If you thrive in a highly dynamic, physical, and operational environment, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Take care of our fitting models directly, ensuring they are supported and ready to do their best work.
• Keep our fitting stations fully operational and running smoothly so the team can work without interruptions. This includes the end-to-end flow: ordering, unboxing, and returning garments.
• Roll up your sleeves and actively help during the live fitting and measurement processes.
• Ensure high-quality standards are consistently met across all operational tasks.

Requirements

• Solid foundational knowledge of garment production and fitting.
• Highly organized, stress-resistant, and motivated to balance physical, operational work alongside our highly innovative digital solutions.
• You love working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where communication is key.
• An interest in fashion and garments is a great win, but definitely not a must—we value your drive and operational grit above all.
