About the Role
This role is a production support position for large industrial superconducting MRI magnets, interfacing with production management, quality engineering, design engineering, supplier quality engineering, and production technicians. It offers an opportunity to develop a wide range of engineering skills in a medical device environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for large industrial superconducting MRI magnets.
- Interface with production management, quality engineering, design engineering, supplier quality engineering, and production technicians.
- Develop a wide range of engineering skills in a medical device environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

- Must reside in or within commuting distance to Lathem, NY.
Skills
- Root cause analysis of production process failures
- Troubleshooting production equipment issues
- Process validation documentation including PFMEA, IQ, TMV, OQ/PQ
- Statistical analysis of process data
- Tooling and fixture design
- Understanding of geometric dimension and tolerancing on mechanical drawings
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great written and oral communication skills

Salary/Compensations
- $70,000 to $111,000 per year
