About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to campaign reporting and dashboarding projects, helping clients understand CRM marketing performance and answer strategic customer questions using data. You will leverage data visualization, manipulation, and statistics to inform CRM experience, testing strategy, and evaluate marketing program impact. The role requires a detailed, data-driven individual focused on automation and AI opportunities, with a collaborative spirit for day-to-day brand communications and client-focused environments with multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and/or lead client reporting and analysis projects.
- Create campaign labeling and tracking.
- Create timely and accurate reporting.
- Deliver insights that inform strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Analyze marketing and customer data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Build client-ready dashboards.
- Manage workload and identify risks.
- Present complex analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure high standards for data quality, integrity, and privacy.
- Stay current on analytics tools, technologies (including AI), and industry trends; champion innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or related quantitative discipline.
- At least 3 years of analytics experience, preferably 1+ years with an Advertising, Marketing, Analytics, or Digital Media firm.
- Demonstrated experience with customer data, media & marketing measurement, and CRM analytics.
- Understanding of core marketing analytics concepts including email, SMS, and Web metrics.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced level SQL programming skills.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Hands-on skills in statistical analysis and/or modeling (regression, segmentation, forecasting, etc.).
- Extensive knowledge of database marketing principles and database structure.
- Presentation skills, data storytelling, and the ability to simplify and package complex ideas for presentation into client-ready documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Natural curiosity and an aptitude for continuous learning.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively maintain focus while working on multiple complex projects and to work with minimal supervision.
