About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent service to customers, ensuring their water treatment systems are in perfect working order. This is a great opportunity to join our field operations team and start a career at Culligan, with ongoing training and development for progression.
Responsibilities
- Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers
- Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily
- Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device
- Report any potential failures
- Replenish the van once a week at our site in Hemel Hempstead
Requirements
- A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Strong hands on experience & DIY skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
