Responsibilities
- Refine, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC programs.
- Manage electrical power systems and circuitry.
- Oversee CNC control systems.
- Design and maintain mechanical components and systems.
- Design and maintain hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
- Perform maintenance on HPDC and CNC machines.
- Read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from various groups.
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Interpret extensive technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
- Deal with multiple abstract and concrete variables.
- Operate a personal computer, telephone, and other office equipment.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of DCS (Distributed Control Systems).
- Working knowledge of electrical power systems and circuitry.
- Working knowledge of CNC control systems.
- Working knowledge of general design and maintenance of mechanical components and systems.
- Working knowledge of general design and maintenance of hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
- HPDC machine and CNC machine maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Regularly required to talk or hear.

- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme heat; and risk of electrical shock.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- Must be able to operate a personal computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Must perform job duties onsite, when necessary, except those duties that are customarily or by their nature performed offsite.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work on multiple assignments at once, and complete assignments within deadline and budget (if applicable) with satisfactory quality.
