Responsibilities
- Restock the sales floor following visual merchandising guidelines and create visual displays.
- Assist visitors with product selection and offer complementary products.
- Navigate complex topics with sensitivity and respect.
- Manage and motivate a team through a shared mission and goals.
- Open and close the store independently.
- Achieve sales and profitability goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years’ experience in retail management required.
- Computer proficiency with applied understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and maintain prompt and regular attendance.
- Required to work one weekend day a week, or a full weekend every other week.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 35 pounds to a shelf height of 5 feet.
- May require standing for long periods of time, including bending, squatting, and reaching.
