About the Role

You will take overall responsibility for our construction projects after contract award, ensuring they are implemented on time, economically, and to the highest quality. You will be the central point of contact between clients, tradespeople, network operators, and internal teams, leading projects confidently to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for managing complex construction projects from planning to completion
• Responsibility for schedules, project progress, and the successful implementation of multiple parallel measures
• Management and coordination of all involved trades, service providers, and craft businesses
• Central point of contact for our clients throughout the entire project duration
• Conducting demanding client discussions and professional escalation management
• Close collaboration with our Key Account Managers and taking over projects after contract award
• Identification of project risks and development of pragmatic and sustainable solutions
• Continuous optimization of processes and standards in project management

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, or in a comparable role
• Ideally, experience in construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, energy, or infrastructure
• Strong leadership and coordination skills without disciplinary personnel responsibility
• High decision-making confidence and assertiveness
• Confident handling of demanding clients, escalations, and complex project situations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Technical understanding and the willingness to delve deeply into new subject areas
• Strong communication skills at all levels – from tradespeople to management
