About the Role
As a Head Chef, you’ll ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during busy services, motivating your team to achieve the highest standards in every dish served.
Responsibilities
- Take the reins in the kitchen, making decisions and developing new ways to improve team efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with the team to deliver high-quality meals to customers on time.
- Recognize and lead the team, maximizing their potential.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety regulations for the well-being of the team and visitors.
Requirements
- Experience managing a busy kitchen, training and developing a high-performing team that exceeds targets.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and maximize team performance.
- A keen eye for delivering tasty and well-presented meals.
- Skill and willingness to adapt to challenges in a busy kitchen environment.
- Sufficient spoken and written English for safe role performance and understanding of allergen controls.
