Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanour, providing assistance as needed.
  • Anticipate the needs of clients and guests, proactively addressing any requests or concerns to enhance their experience.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring all enquiries are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Represent both companies with professionalism and integrity at all times, embodying our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
  • Set up and arrange event spaces according to client specifications, ensuring all tables, chairs, linens, and tableware are impeccably presented.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and catering staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining the flow of service.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the breakdown and cleaning of event spaces post-event.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of clients, guests, and staff.
