About the Role

Searcys is seeking a talented and driven Chef De Partie to join the exceptional team at the prestigious Barber-Surgeons' Hall. This role involves working across various events, including conferences, banquets, private dining, and weddings, with opportunities for creativity and working with fine ingredients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide food/service to a consistent high standard, assisting senior chefs with functions.
  • Manage stock levels of the assigned section, including ordering.
  • Ensure food presentation meets the standards set by senior chefs.
  • Adhere to all Health, Hygiene, and Safety requirements.
  • Fulfill any other reasonable request by Senior Management.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
