About the Role

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12, offering personalized education. As a Director of Student Life, you will shape campus culture by mentoring students, supporting their social-emotional growth, and leading programs and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Homework Café, where students complete assignments and socialize.
  • Lead student clubs, events, trips, and service projects.
  • Mentor each student through personalized social-emotional support.
  • Partner with staff to nurture a positive, safe, and inclusive campus community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Experience working with middle & high school students.
  • Passion for student development and social-emotional learning.
  • A fun, creative personality.
  • Florida residents require level 2 background screening.
  • Employment is contingent upon authorization to work in the United States.
