About the Role

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12, offering personalized education. As Director of Education, you will lead the academic program at your campus, ensuring academic integrity, rigor, and quality while fostering campus culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead with heart — bring in great teachers, train them, and fuel their professional growth.
• Use assessment data to drive student outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Partner with staff to foster a safe, supportive, and engaging campus culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required) — preferably in education or a related field — advanced degrees are a plus!
• 3+ years of teaching; school leadership experience preferred.
• Skilled in coaching, developing, and inspiring teachers.
• Passion around personalized learning and student growth.
• Florida residents require level 2 background screening through https://info.flclearinghouse.com/.
• Employment is contingent upon authorization to work in the United States.
