About the Role

Amica Senior Lifestyles is seeking an experienced professional to support a six-month Occupancy Pipeline Optimization Initiative. This initiative aims to improve the integrity of Amica's occupancy pipeline by ensuring prospect information is current, actionable, and aligned with business priorities. The role involves reconnecting with existing prospects and families to confirm their status, update CRM records, obtain communication consent, and identify qualified opportunities for sales teams. This is a relationship-based outreach role focused on strengthening the prospect pipeline quality and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to existing prospects and families to confirm their current stage in the senior living journey and determine their interest.
  • Identify prospects who may benefit from follow-up by the local residence sales team and facilitate warm handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and actionable prospect records by updating status, disposition, contact information, and decision status.
  • Document conversation outcomes and relevant notes to ensure CRM records support accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.
  • Confirm or obtain CASL-compliant consent for email and SMS communications, updating preferences within the CRM.
  • Ensure prospect records are complete and compliant with applicable communication consent requirements.
  • Capture insights on reasons for delayed decisions, common barriers, competitor selection, anticipated timing of future moves, and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in senior living sales, retirement living, healthcare, hospitality, or another customer-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A warm, empathetic, and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • The judgment to recognize when a prospect should be referred back to the residence sales team.
