About the Role
Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5–12, offering teachers the flexibility to shape their schedules, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues. Our mission is to personalize education for every student academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities
- Teach in a truly personalized way — one student at a time.
- Adapt lessons and assessments to meet each learner’s needs.
- Mentor each student and support their social-emotional growth.

- Keep student records accurate and organized.

Requirements
- Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of courses (English Composition, Literature, Language Arts, World and U.S. History, Government, Economics, Humanities, and Electives), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
- Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
- Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
- Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
- Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
