About the Role

As a Project Manager HLS (m/w/d), you will steer projects, delight customers, and deliver results. You will take responsibility, make decisions, and bring projects to completion in terms of quality, time, and budget. You will orchestrate technology, people, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Project management from start to finish: from quotation/kick-off through planning, assembly coordination, acceptance, to handover.
  • Manage deadlines and budget: construction schedule, milestones, cost and results responsibility – transparently reported.
  • Interface management: close coordination with clients, planners, construction management, dispatch, purchasing, and subcontractors.
  • Quality and safety: implementation of standards/rules (including VOB/B, DIN/VDI, GEG), inspection and documentation obligations.
  • Manage claims and supplements: identify opportunities, justify, negotiate, and implement them.
  • Technical leadership: evaluate solutions, offer alternatives, manage risks, make decisions.
  • Continuous improvement: feed experiences back to the team, streamline standards and processes.

Requirements

  • Background: Master/Technician SHK (m/f/m) or degree (TGA/Supply Engineering) – with experience in HLS project management.
  • Practical know-how: Proficient in reading plans (schematic/floor plan/detail) and in standards/regulations (VOB/B, DIN/VDI).
  • Tools: ERP/Project tools, MS Office (esp. Excel/Outlook); construction schedule planning (e.g., MS Project) desirable.
  • Work approach: Entrepreneurial, structured, decisive – with a focus on quality, costs, and deadlines.
  • Communication & Leadership: Clear, binding, respectful – lead teams at eye level.
  • Must-have: Driver's license class B and willingness to travel regionally.
  • Nice to have: Experience with heat pumps/cooling/drinking water hygiene/fire protection or BIM/AVA.
