About the Role
Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12, offering personalized education. As Office Manager, you will create a celebrity experience, ensuring the campus is welcoming, organized, and inspiring, serving as the primary support for staff, families, and students.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, professional first impression and ongoing celebrity experience for all visitors.
- Ensure campus operations run smoothly, including records, tuition payments, student medications, and communications.
- Support events such as Graduation, Prom, and Teacher Appreciation Week.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and aesthetically inviting campus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in administration, education, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A positive, detail-oriented presence that makes others feel supported.
- Florida residents require level 2 background screening.
- Employment is contingent upon authorization to work in the United States.
