About the Role
Sizewell C is seeking a Baseline & Change Engineer to join its Programme Management Office (PMO) team. This role is crucial for supporting programme governance, change control, and baseline management, ensuring effective assessment, approval, and implementation of changes within a multi-billion-pound project.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Change Management process and governance framework.
- Coordinate and track programme changes across scope, cost, schedule and risk.
- Assist with Change Committee meetings and governance reporting.
- Produce and validate monthly Baseline & Change reports.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Change Owners and PMO teams.
- Review change submissions and support informed decision-making.
- Ensure approved changes are implemented accurately within programme systems.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on change processes.
Requirements
- Experience within Project Controls, Programme Controls, Commercial or Project Management environments.
- Knowledge of Change Control and governance processes.
- Understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS).
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
- Experience on major infrastructure or construction projects.
- Knowledge of Project Controls tools and reporting systems.
- Experience managing change against established baselines.
- Understanding of contracts, commercial processes and programme governance.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
