About the Role
The Indra programme is driving the rapid and safe scaling of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across Deutsche Bank. This role will help drive the build and roll-out of high-impact, reusable AI products and services, shaping the future of how the bank operates.
Responsibilities
- Shape, structure, and execute robust delivery plans aligned with OKRs, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Act as the single source of truth for delivery progress, providing transparency on milestones, velocity, and KPIs to senior stakeholders.
- Drive common delivery methodologies and agile ways of working across the Applied AI Shared Services stream.
- Map and manage complex cross-programme dependencies with other Indra streams and the broader organisation.
- Identify, track, and manage key risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), implementing mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project or Programme Manager, preferably delivering complex technology, AI/ML, or data initiatives within financial services or a highly regulated industry.
- Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
- Adept at quickly picking up technical, data, and operating model concepts.
- Proven ability to translate abstract strategic ambitions into structured delivery realities.
- Proactive self-starter with a 'thought leader' mindset regarding delivery excellence and agile/scrum methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, build trust, and align diverse groups.
- Highly adept at using Excel to structure, analyze, and track delivery data.
- Proficient in using PowerPoint to craft clear, compelling narratives for executive-level audiences.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
- Ability to apply critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
