About the Role
This internship offers a real-world experience in IT Operations, providing hands-on training and collaboration with full-time employees on essential projects. Interns will gain exposure to supporting, configuring, and operating various technology stacks, including desktop engineering, network, and application platforms.
Responsibilities
- Respond to technology support requests.
- Build and configure Windows and Linux devices.
- Support Windows domain infrastructure.
- Monitor and support systems.
- Optimize work processes using tools like PowerShell.
- Deconstruct technical problems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues at the desktop, server, and network levels.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Available to work 40 hours per week in person.
- Knowledgeable of computer hardware components and their interactions.
- Familiar with the Windows operating system.
- Interested in learning about networking, programming, or system administration.
- Eager to help people and solve problems.
- Able to communicate clearly and respectfully.
- Reliable team player with a "no job too small" attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Humble and unafraid to ask questions and admit mistakes.
- Able to deconstruct technical problems.
- Willing to take a hands-on approach to gain experience.
- Fluent in English.
