About the Role

The SafeDriver Group is looking for a Fleet Assistant to support the administrative and operational organization of their fleet, with future involvement in multi-site fleet-related topics.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage vehicle data in the fleet management system (e.g., vehicle data, license plates, VIN).
  • Manage important vehicle documents (registration, insurance, TÜV, calibration) and digital vehicle files.
  • Process damage reports and communicate with insurance companies.
  • Organize and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and workshop appointments, including coordination with workshops.
  • Support vehicle movements, fleet additions/removals, and vehicle handovers.
  • Manage fuel and charging cards.
  • Review and prepare invoices (e.g., workshops, tires, leasing).
  • Assist with fleet-related analyses and reports (e.g., costs, damages, utilization).

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
  • Initial experience in administration, case processing, or the automotive sector is advantageous.
  • Interest in vehicles, mobility, or electromobility.
  • Structured and meticulous work approach.
  • Organizational talent and enjoyment in reliably coordinating tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Good German language skills.
