About the Role
As a Floor Manager, Department Manager, or Assistant Concession Manager, you will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Leading a dedicated and passionate team, you will foster an inviting and inspiring store environment that drives results. Your leadership will ensure each customer journey is personal, authentic, and memorable, with a focus on service and operational excellence to bring the brand to life on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Ensure an inspiring shopping experience through expert styling advice, comprehensive product knowledge, and compelling collection presentation.
- Analyze sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximize departmental performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to uphold the highest service and presentation standards.
- Support recruitment, effective onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans that support team growth.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, guaranteeing the best possible customer experience.
- Step in as Store Manager when needed to ensure continuity in leadership and performance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in store operations and standards implementation, gained in retail, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Customer focus: Demonstrate enthusiasm in customer interactions, prioritizing their needs and ensuring excellent service.
- Product passion: Show interest in our products and share this enthusiasm with customers.
- Willingness to learn: Be open to feedback and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
- Excellent communication: Interact clearly, confidently, and empathetically with customers and your team, providing clear instructions and constructive feedback.
- Adaptability and flexibility: Respond effectively to changing priorities and customer demands.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Language proficiency in German and English.
