About the Role

Provide effective and responsive administrative support for allocated operational activity in a robust, timely, efficient and cost effective manner. Take ownership of the role and provide feedback for developing the effectiveness of the Supporting Officers position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and responsive administrative support for allocated operational activity.
  • Install and respond to falls and other medical emergencies.
  • Handle referrals.
  • Ensure safe hospital discharges.
  • Enable individuals to live independently despite health conditions and other challenging life circumstances.
  • Manage the delivery of Havering Council’s Building Alarm Monitoring Team.
  • Manage the Out of Hours service.

Requirements

  • Experience in an admin or support officer role.
  • High level of competence using Microsoft office applications (particularly word, excel, and outlook).
  • Communicate effectively and professionally via the phone and through emails.
  • Remove all personal information from uploaded documents for anonymised recruitment.
