About the Role
JA Sports & Shooting Club is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead brand strategy, drive engagement, and elevate the venue's presence across digital, media, events, and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sports, branding, content, and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing, communications, and brand strategy.
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns for memberships, facilities, tournaments, events, and hospitality.
- Lead brand communications, media relations, PR, influencer partnerships, and content creation.
- Manage website content, CRM, email marketing, SEO, social media, and paid digital campaigns.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and creative production.
- Support new launches, promotions, sponsorship activations, and commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Develop marketing support for events, meetings, tournaments, and partnerships.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sports marketing or a related industry.
- At least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns, events, sponsorships, and commercial partnerships is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
