About the Role

EF Education First is seeking interns for its language school in Berlin. This role involves supporting activities, providing service, and assisting with administration for students from over fifty countries learning German as a foreign language.

Responsibilities

• Plan and accompany activities, excursions, and school events.
• Handle marketing and social media tasks.
• Develop social media posts and digital content.
• Create photo and video-based stories about learning German, life in Germany, and Berlin.
• Support the accommodation office or reception with administrative processes.
• Assist with customer service, including confirming transfers and arranging doctor's appointments.
• Prepare welcome packages.

Requirements

• German language proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• English language proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Must be M/W/D.
• Possess a visa or work permit, depending on nationality.
• Provide an extended police clearance certificate (costs will be reimbursed).
• Minimum internship duration of 3 months.
