About the Role
Opportunity for a CoPilot Adoption, Learning & Change Analyst to join the team, working with clients to maximise the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot following implementation. The role involves developing adoption strategies, delivering learning experiences, and supporting organisational change to increase user confidence, adoption, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption strategies and campaigns.
- Support organisational change and AI adoption across client organisations.
- Identify adoption barriers and implement improvements using user feedback and analytics.
- Design and maintain Microsoft 365 Copilot learning programmes.
- Create learning materials including guides, videos, e-learning, prompt libraries and use case catalogues.
- Deliver workshops, webinars and training sessions tailored to different user groups.
- Establish and support Microsoft 365 Copilot Champion networks.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor adoption and usage metrics, producing reports that demonstrate business value.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Technical Teams, Security, Learning & Development and Change teams.
- Support new feature releases, pilot programmes and continuous service improvements.
Requirements
- Experience delivering digital adoption, learning or change initiatives, ideally working with UK Government or Public Sector clients.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies, ideally Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Experience creating learning content and delivering training.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Knowledge of change management and digital adoption principles.
- Ability to interpret adoption data and produce meaningful reports.
- Strong organisational and presentation skills.
Education Level
- Microsoft 365 certification (MS-900 or equivalent).
- Prosci Change Management or similar.
- ITIL® 4 Foundation.
- Learning and Development qualification.
