About the Role
ARCO is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion, offering tools to excel, meaningful responsibilities, and a supportive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution.
- Collaborate with owners and design teams to develop preliminary concept drawings.
- Participate in proposal meetings with owners to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas.
- Oversee the buyout process and subcontractor selection.
- Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings.
- Partner with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule adherence.
- Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred.
- Experience with Advanced Technology, Food & Beverage, Multifamily, Life Science and/or Data Center projects.
- Estimating experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
