About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Corporate Account Manager to join our London team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role involves nurturing and growing a portfolio of corporate accounts, using data-driven insights to solve workplace problems, retain revenue, and support market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Support and nurture corporate accounts across the UK, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Track usage metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and maximize revenue retention.
- Translate commercial data and client behaviour insights into actionable account plans.
- Uncover opportunities to expand platform usage.
- Develop product expertise across the DfW suite to advise clients on best practices.
- Proactively resolve issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Act as a reliable primary point of contact for your account portfolio.
- Tailor communication to build trust, address client needs quickly, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Commercial teams to represent client feedback.
- Support account initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience managing client relationships with a commercial mindset focused on driving account growth and retention.
- Comfortable working with data sets and translating key metrics into clear insights to shape account performance.
- Demonstrated capability to manage tasks independently, take ownership of day-to-day account responsibilities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Ability to build rapport easily with external clients and internal cross-functional partners at various levels.
- Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving marketplace environment.
