About the Role

Responsibilities

• Exchange and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the additional function of 'Operations Manager (HWK)' responsible for technical and professional matters on-site, adherence to Carglass® standards, and implementation of daily operational planning.
• Advise and support customers with service orientation from order acceptance to vehicle return.
• Create invoices, manage customer funds, and handle the dispatch and creation of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training with ideally several years of professional experience.
• Experience as a master automotive technician, automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or bodywork mechanic.
• Willingness to undergo the proficiency test or already be an Operations Manager (HWK).
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
• PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Good communication skills.
• Good teamwork, independent work, and trusting collaboration at eye level.

Salary/Compensations

• Starting salary with automotive vocational training of at least €3,200 gross per month (39 hours/week).
• Additional €300 gross per month as a function-related operations management allowance.
