About the Role
This role provides vital support to EuroLeague Basketball’s Broadcast and Original Content operations, reporting to the Production Manager and working with the production team.
Responsibilities
- Produce call sheets for all ELB matches, Media Days and Original Content shoots.
- Produce broadcast summaries for all ELB matches.
- Ensure risk assessments are properly created and health and safety is fully considered for all shoots and post-production work.
- Schedule all ELB staff and freelancers.
- Act as a point of contact for general production inquiries from internal and external clients and suppliers.
- Plan and book travel and accommodation across Europe.
- Obtain and negotiate quotes for upcoming production requirements, including crew, kit, travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Raise purchase orders and pay invoices for all resources and freelancers.
- Contribute to Albert Production Certification, including completing the Carbon Action Plan and overseeing Carbon Footprint reporting.
- Troubleshoot and handle ad hoc production queries and duties within the department.
- Carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of the job.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production environment, demonstrating knowledge of Outside Broadcasts, Digital Platforms, and Live.
- Experience working to complex and fluid production schedules.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of production workflows from pre-production to delivery.
- Understanding of the process and rationale of the cost tracking system.
- Experience organizing international travel, and awareness of shoot permits and carnet applications.
- Working knowledge of risk assessments and liaising with the editorial team and production manager to coordinate completion.
- Experience setting up single camera shoots.
- Experience raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
