About the Role

As an intern in Deployment, you will support the team in the implementation process and onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth start with Doctolib.

Responsibilities

• Support the Deployment Management team with daily business processes, managing project assignments, and conducting internal reviews.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders such as medical practices, sales, and deployment teams.
• Assist in training new customers to ensure a seamless transition to Doctolib.
• Prepare, accompany, and document implementation processes, and handle follow-up activities for successful solution adoption.
• Support the Deployment team with daily tasks and manage individual small projects.

Requirements

• Currently studying Healthcare, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Team player with enjoyment in collaborating with diverse teams and customers.
• Solution-oriented, detail-oriented, with technical affinity.
• Enjoys learning new tools and digital processes, flexible and open to changing tasks and project requirements.
• German language proficiency at C2 level.
• Good English language skills.
• Previous experience working with customers, in project management, or similar is a plus.
• Prior knowledge in the healthcare sector is a plus.

• €1900/month (mandatory internship)
