About the Role
We are seeking an OR Assistant (w/m/d) to join a modern ophthalmology practice in the center of Konstanz, Germany, to support the existing team.
Responsibilities
- Patient care and examination before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Preparation of procedures and provision of necessary medical equipment and instruments.
- Ensuring a swift and smooth procedure flow through qualified and professional support of the physicians.
- Performing administrative and organizational tasks related to surgical procedures in ophthalmology.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and hygiene regulations within the operating rooms.
Requirements
- Completed training as MFA or OTA (w/m/d).
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Teamwork ability and enjoyment of the profession.
- Organizational talent and a friendly demeanor.
- Confident PC skills.
