About the Role
Join ubitricity, a company dedicated to making sustainable mobility accessible through EV charging infrastructure. We are seeking a committed Accounts Payable Specialist to cover parental leave, responsible for processing incoming invoices and ensuring smooth accounting operations.
Responsibilities
- Review, code, and book incoming invoices.
- Process the digital invoice workflow.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable.
- Review and process travel expense reports.
- Support payment runs and manage open items.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures for accounts payable.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal processes.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance.
- Initial professional experience in accounts payable or accounting.
- Good knowledge of processing and booking incoming invoices.
- Solid fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
- Meticulous, structured, and independent work style.
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good German language skills and solid English skills, both written and spoken.
