About the Role

Join ubitricity, a company dedicated to making sustainable mobility accessible through EV charging infrastructure. We are seeking a committed Accounts Payable Specialist to cover parental leave, responsible for processing incoming invoices and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and book incoming invoices.
• Process the digital invoice workflow.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable.
• Review and process travel expense reports.
• Support payment runs and manage open items.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures for accounts payable.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance.
• Initial professional experience in accounts payable or accounting.
• Good knowledge of processing and booking incoming invoices.
• Solid fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
• Meticulous, structured, and independent work style.
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good German language skills and solid English skills, both written and spoken.
