About the Role
This role involves providing expert psychiatric care within a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates, utilizing advanced facilities and a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various psychiatric conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions.
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric consultations and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and international standards.
- Participate in clinical improvement programs, medical education, and contribute to enhancing mental healthcare services.
Requirements
- American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Psychiatry.
- Eligibility for or active DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant License.
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist.
- Strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
