About the Role

This role focuses on the operational support of Core Wealth platforms and their users, providing technical support in investigating and resolving issues, and triaging requests. You will work closely with business stakeholders and third-party platform providers, developing a deep understanding of system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for core Wealth Management platforms.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal development teams on incident, request, and change management processes.
• Prioritize technical issues based on impact and urgency, managing a queue of incidents and requests while maintaining work notes.
• Support application configuration, releases, and upgrades.
• Analyze and resolve application problems in conjunction with business users and third-party suppliers.
• Participate in testing and release management.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in Wealth Management or a similar field with an understanding of Portfolio Management suites and trading platforms.
• Previous experience in an Application Support role or similar.
• Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems.
• Previous experience or awareness of SQL, Rest API, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Analytical thinking with an eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Delivery-focused, capable of multitasking, and a team player.
• Knowledge of key applications such as Iress, Avaloq, Fidessa is highly desirable.
• CISI qualifications are desirable.
