About the Role

This role is for a passionate Chef de Partie keen to make a name for oneself within the food service industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring food safety.
- Oversee production of dishes assigned to your station, maintain cleanliness, and upkeep designated area with supplies.
- Maintain high-quality standards for all dishes, considering presentation and taste.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide support to colleagues.
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including designated area, and ensure equipment is in good working order.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
