About the Role

As our People Systems Analyst, you’ll own the systems that keep the People department running. From our core HR system to the integrations, workflows, and reports that sit around it, you’ll make sure everything is set up well, works reliably, and keeps getting better over time. You’ll configure and maintain our systems, build integrations and automations that remove manual work, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and keep our people data accurate and dependable. You’ll work closely with vendors, support the wider team with reports and testing, and constantly look for smarter, simpler ways to do things. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, likes making systems work seamlessly, and takes pride in getting the detail right. You’ll have real ownership over how our People systems run — and a direct impact on how smoothly the whole department operates.
